Employees are eligible to participate after:

Reaching age 21

Completing 12 months and 1000 hours of service

 

Employees who have met the eligibility requirements are permitted to enter the Plan on the next quarterly entry date listed below:

 Annual Compensation Limit $260,000

Elective Deferrals $17,500

Catch up – for over 50 $23,000

Safe Harbor Match – up to Four (4) %

Fund Line up Changes the week of November 25, 2013

New Funds available December 1, 2013

 

        

 

FITNESS PROGRAM GUIDELINES

The fitness year is January through December. 

Membership at a fitness facility of your choice qualifies for reimbursement.

Workout 50 or more times to be refunded up to $30/month or $360/year

Workout 25 to 49 times to be refunded up to $15/month or $180/year

MUST BE ACTIVELY WORKING AT YEAR END.

Submit proof of membership along with workout dates and type of exercise routine by January 31st.
